December is here. And I am pumped. Finally it’s time to bring out the Christmas music + just let it loop and shuffle and play from now until the New Year. Yep. I am that person. I think it has something to with the fact that I live in another country from where I grew up. It’s a nostalgia thing. Listening to the old classics, new favorites, pop shit, folksy stuff, classical, instrumental, soul, and everything else in between just puts me in the holiday spirit + stirs my emotions in the best way possible.
Two years ago, I decided that I needed to gather all of my favorites into one perfect playlist. But, it was way harder to do than I had imagined. I had too many favorites! So, I kept gathering song after song after song, and pretty soon I had made a pretty freaking epic holiday playlist on Spotify. I mean it was hours + hours long.
And then, last year, I added to it. Making it even longer + even more epic. Would you believe that, even now, I still add a few songs whenever I discover something that is just perfect?
So, the point of this post, my friends, isn’t about anything except sharing a tons of holiday cheer with you + the link to my big ole holiday playlist. Literally, my friends, you will not have to play anything else all season long.
