Hello from the backseat of Lyft pickup truck in No Hello from the backseat of Lyft pickup truck in North Carolina! 🇺🇸

Yep. On Saturday we left Sweden + flew to NC to meet up with my parents in Charlotte. We’re road-trippin’ with them as they MOVE up north! And once there, we’ll meet our niece (!!!) who was born 2 weeks ago to my brother + his partner @mikalah_little_. ❤️

The fam will be together for a few glorious days - and then Lina + I fly home again.

It’s gonna be a wild, intense, adventurous, huge week for the Reynolds family. So excited to be here! ✌🏼

It’s her day!!! 🥳 Today I celebrate everythi It’s her day!!! 🥳

Today I celebrate everything about the strongest, most inspiring, insanely creative, hilariously funny, fiercely loyal woman that I get to share this wild, beautiful, heartbreaking, adventurous life with.

Here’s to another year around the sun, my love. And to another year of sharing it all. Together always.

Happy Birthday, baby! I love you so much more than I could ever express! You are love of my life. My partner. My wife. My everything. ❤️
Ahhhh… May. We may be already 10 days in, but I’m still welcoming the energy of this month. It’s like a slow, grounding, hopeful deep breath of sunshine + nature. It makes even all of those tough moments tolerable. And it most definitely evokes a sense of feeling alive again. ☀️

Tell me, loves. How’s your May been so far? xo
April | 2022 Just thought I’d log back into IG April | 2022

Just thought I’d log back into IG + pop into my feed to share my monthly collage for April. So, here it goes…

April changed my life. Our lives. The only thing I can seem to think about is that Zola the cat passed away in the middle of the month, leaving a giant, quiet, empty hole in our life.

However, there is more that happened during the month of new beginnings + new life.

It was, once again, a deeper lesson in the fullness of life - of finding + creating moments of beauty in the midst of grief + disappointment.

It was a month of dropping into the rhythms of the cycles of nature as a way to stay grounded, aligned, and anchored.

It was a chance to do my best to trust the process of the unfolding of life + to stay present in each moment as it passed.

April, you were a heavy month of great change in my life - change that was both welcomed and unexpected.

Nevertheless, the earth, friends + family, and a commitment to my own spiritual routines + rituals guided me forward.

Spending time rising + the setting of the sun each, touching the small buds, feeling the warming air, sipping hot coffee, enjoying moments of laughter, cleansing tears, deep breaths, finding inspiration, committing to routines, feeling hope…

These are the April moments that guided me through the changes that came my way this month.

Now, it’s time to move onward. To continue the journey. To fully turn toward the sun + let the season of summer begin to creep in. How will I grow + change? What adventures lie ahead?

But first, I linger in these last moments of April. And with a deep breath, I say farewell + find the courage to give thanks for this life-changing month. 🌸

Exactly the day that we needed. 🌸 Inspiring. Exactly the day that we needed. 🌸

Inspiring.
Creative.
Spontaneous.
Relaxed.
Magical.
Spring break is over. Easter has passed. The first Spring break is over. Easter has passed. The first week without Zola the cat has ended. Another test was negative. The movers came to my parents yesterday. My brother + his partner anxiously await (as we all do) the birth of their babe any day now. The first ice cream of the summer has been enjoyed. The balcony is prepped for summer. A long week of emotions is over. Weekend has arrived with a chance for me to breathe for a day or two.

And, through it all, Mother Earth has started to bloom. Following her seasonal cycles. Showing me right now that life moves on, opens up, continues, and is incredibly beautiful.

The green of spring is just now starting to be seen. Life, rising from the earth. And I am totally here for it all.

The seasons move onward. The sun shines. The moon sets. Steadfast. Rhythmic. Ritualistic.

And I remember, once again, to follow her ways. To drop into my rhythms. To trust my cycles. To create + celebrate + recognize my own rituals as long as I am here to enjoy the beauty + pain of it all.

So, today, I’m moving forward. Continuing to flow. Seeking inspiration. Breathing in life. Following the natural beat of my heart + soul.

Happy weekend, loves. May you sync with your own rhythms today. 🌱

A lesson in living the fullness of life. Facing death. Finding hope. Grieving + loving. Surrendering + flowing. Accepting + growing.

RIP Zola.🤍
