day 9: something i do every day.

every day i walk. somewhere. everywhere. nowhere special. but i’m moving from one place to the next. and my picture of me walking got me thinking about a favorite song of my love’s. it’s a song about continuing to walk, never giving up, pressing onward & forward, having hope. and right now, i’ve got it on repeat. i just keep staring at the lyrics. believing that what he’s singing is true. hoping. remembering to just keep on walking…

dear readers, it’s tough some days, isn’t it? really tough. and lonely. and scary. and uncertain. and confusing. but, we have the strength inside us to keep going. we have to. love is the goal and the motivation, and it’s also what gets us through. because love is always by our side. and in the end, love always wins. it’s true. i believe it.

so i’m just gonna keep on walking.
