Blogmas: Get in the winter mood with my Top 5 December posts

I have written so much about December + winter + darkness during the past 10 years. And, since we have crossed into the darkest days of the year and are making our way into the season of winter, I thought that today I’d share with you the top 5 posts from the past 5 Decembers to help us all get into the winter mood.

I always find that December is a month that is so full of activity, that it’s easy to forget to soak up the deeper feelings, meanings, and medicine that this month offers us. And that’s why I often do some kind of blog series during December. Having dedicated time to write + reflect on the season helps me to slow down and find a bit of grounding through the holidays. This year, my series is called Blogmas. In previous years, to help set the winter mood, I have shared series on Advent, Midwinter, and simply being present. I’ve tried to focus on the traditions, rituals, and medicine that we find when we bring that winter mood into our everyday life.

So, today, I want to share with you how I have created that winter mood in the past by sharing with you the top post from each year from 2017 until now. Click on the title to get to the post + soak up all of those winter vibes + find out a little about what I was going through each year.

Alright, y’all. I so hope that you are settling into the dark (or warmth, if you are down south) and those slow, cozy vibes. We are just now entering the very beginning of this mystical winter mood. There is so much more restoration, wisdom, and healing to come.

xoxo. liz.
