it’s ok to feel what you feel // episode #10

This was not an easy podcast to record. But, Lina + I knew that it was exactly what we wanted + needed.

So we lit a candle, I got a glass of whiskey, and just did it. And I am so glad we did. I’m not gonna say too much more here, and instead, I’ll just let you go and listen to what we have to share with you this week.

That said, what I really love about our podcast is that we are documenting life. All of it. The good, the bad, the exciting, the devastating. The fights, the amazing moments of bliss, and everything in between.

As we quietly celebrate our 10th episode this week, I hope that you have found our podcast to be a place of authenticity, truth (our truth, that we are staying true to ourselves), inspiration, and/or comfort. I hope that it is a place that feels safe and good and relaxing, and worth your while.

Thank you so very much for checking in and hanging out with us. For listening and setting aside time from your own life to let us in for about 30 minutes every week. It truly is a privilege and an honor.
