a time to remember in berlin.

hello

the first post is here! i thought about doing it chronologically, day by day. but, then i decided to go with some themes. and today’s post is in honor of all of the history that is a part of berlin. of course, we only scraped a tiny bit of of the surface of the history that runs through the streets of the city. still, we saw some pretty cool things and it only leaves me wanting to go back… soon!

i love history. discovering & uncovering little hidden & unknown stories of the past. connecting with people from another time. finding out who we are now based on who we have been. anyway… enough writing. time for photos!

  1. Great post, as always! I love the idea of themes- and you did it beautifully. Looks like a great trip filled with love and learning! Thanks for sharing; can’t wait to see more!

  2. I did a weekend in Berlin in may, such an interesting city. Ended up going on a free walking tour around the city, a fantastic way to learn a bit more of the long history of Berlin.

    1. I know, right?! It was, of course, smack in the middle of the “American sector” too. Hehe.
